How to perform a standard troubleshooting?

Answers Mode website is compatible with PC and Mac, and works on most popular web browsers, e.g. Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome. We have tested it several times.

On top of that, Sometimes, you may need to troubleshoot your browser in order to sign in to your Answers Mode account. Please make sure to often delete the cookies, temporary internet files, and the unnecessary history of your browser. For most browsers this could be done under the Tools menu (Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Safari). If you have account blocked or recovery problem and need our help, Just fillup this form. We shall try to help you as soon as possible.

Other issues could be caused by the pop-up blocker of your browser. Make sure to have your pop-ups enabled in order to perform the action. For most browsers this could be done under the Privacy tab (Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Safari).
